Its ghost town-like feel was quite creepy, but in order to access the hot tub we had to pass through the forgotten resort (which must not have been abandoned too long ago as there was still furniture inside some of the small rooms we could peer into). In practice, however, the hot tub was a major disappointment because at its deepest there was only enough water to maybe ...

... ve had, among many, on this trip all came from Sophia's restaurant including easily the best cucumbers either of us has ever had. Such warmth; we were thrilled to be able to settle in for our longest stay at any one place during the whole of our month in Greece. By design, as this was the beginning of the end (day 21 of 30), we'd decided to have an extended stay in a small village and we knew we'd struck gold, eager to both explore the island and relax in this delightful small-town redoubt.
