    ... gesture. Mostly we learned to be patient just like the Turks. It seldom pays to rush through anything. Well, I guess emergencies are the exceptions. So many great people like Volcan the day clerk at our last hotel. Or Vely at Pamukkale. Moza in Goreme. The lute-playing Ali who made tea for us and then played his lute for us on his patio at his guesthouse in Istanbul. Can't say enough about Turkish hospitality. And culture. And geography.
