... After churros dipped in dark chocolate and a couple of long blacks we were revived. There were markets to look at and although I'm not a big fan of markets (as I prefer a nice air conditioned shop) I had a look anyway. There was a leather belt stall and as I'm in need of a black leather belt that I can wear on my hips and loop it over so part of it hangs down - if you know what I mean, I checked out the stall. ... booked everything based on the agencies recommendations I'm learning that that's half the fun, turning up somewhere and it being completely different to how you expect. The group was a mix of all types of people, some were younger and some up to retirement age. The tour people picked me up from the hostel on their bus, it was just me and two older ladies from America. They had to do a few trips there and back so left us at the boat whilst we waited for the others. ...

This stop was a time filler and suggested to us by the guy in Brisbane who booked our trips up. It was a good suggestion! The hostel put on a free stand up paddle board session which went down a river. The river is lined with beautiful houses on either bank and filled with so many nice boats so it was cool paddling our way around there. I was doing so well standing up and keeping my balance until a huge gust of wind increased ...
