      ... laughing about the hilarity of the day and enjoying a good, cheap dinner. On our way back to the boat we saw a little girl riding a life sized fake zebra that she had to thrust to move, and we continued to be in hysterics for the next 5 minutes.       ... we first arrived at the beach I thought it disappointing that my photos would be ruined by a great it crane perched out on the end of the newly built breakwall. But it wasn't long before I discovered that this was in fact the launch pad for the bungee jumping. We kept an eye out for the occasional jumper and as the day moved on it became one every 5 minutes.       ... and the floors were offset, too, providing as much privacy as possible. Generally kitchens were on the top floor of the buildings to keep the smells out of the town and to protect the rest of the building if there was a fire.
      Korcula claims to be the birthplace of Marco Polo.
