Today we woke up to a dream land....

Our breakfast was being served on our private balcony and when we opened the doors there was fog everywhere, you couldn't see further than our balcony, it felt as though we were in the mountains - very pretty.

... the rest. Today’s entertainment: the ancient archaeological site of Akrotiri and the Red Beach. After a nice breakfast at our usual spot, we jumped on the bus to Akrotiri, along with a huge gaggle tourists including a French choir group that kept us entertained with their wild antics and lovely music.

We boarded the bus at the bottom of the cliff and drove literally, zig-zag up the hill to the very top. I felt that we were at the very edge and would tumble over the side at any moment because the edge of the roadway was the absolute edge of the cliff and any movement in the wrong direction could really be devastating.
