    ... the 1990s war destroyed despite being listed with Unesco. We are fortunate in Aus for so many of the old buildings as we travel have been rebuilt/restored as a result of wars.     ... the depth finder went out Midnight came, shift over, responsibility over, I crawled into bed, Whew. Slept soundly and woke at 7 to calmer seas.

    4 more hours of smooth sailing, tea and croissants and we sailed into Greece and watched the coast line of Corfu go by.     Not so easy. No stopping allowed in Aristi. No fuel station in the mountain villages. No 'bankomats' in the villages. We were advised to go back 2Km and turn left. We did. That road ended in a hilltop village.
