We're at the airport early to fly to Edinburgh and 3000 years of history. What a beautifully relaxed city after Belfast. The parks are littered with people enjoying the brilliant sunshine and ancient skyline dominated by the castles, towers, turrets and spires.

... I have ever eaten in my life, the restaurant itself was an exciting experience as you got to watch the chef cook your food right in front of you. The chefs were entertainers as well - jugging knives, creative massive fireballs on the stoves and flicking food into the open mouths of patrons. It was a lovely last dinner in Glasgow!

In the morning we got on the train and made our way homeward to Durham. But that, my dear readers, is a story for another day.
