    ... least it got me home. Besides, I have a friend in Philly I could visit, so I scheduled a 12 hour layover in Philly and told him to book it.

    I got off the phone at around 1:15 pm and I had a 4:30 pm flight. I wanted to eat in Kathmandu since food would be so much cheaper than at the airport, I still had a little packing to do, and I needed to leave by around 2:00 in order to make it to the airport in enough time. At least I wasn't going to be rushed.

    ... and families. As it was late and I had eaten on my flight, I skipped the offer to use the dinner voucher and went straight to my nice big room and got ready for bed. The room was almost as big as my suite in Udaipur, though not nearly as nice a view. The hotel offered quite a large buffet breakfast with a variety of countries traditional breakfast represented. It seems that the US is one of the few places in the world where a "sweet" breakfast would be considered the norm. ...

    BEVERAGE: An alcohol free hotel like most hotels in Doha, but at least here there is an excuse. Many of the customers are athletes so the hotel promotes healthy alternatives/ sports lifestyle, but of course there are excellent mock cocktails (mocktails) which are irresistible.

    ... your camera you get 1-2, and I wanted to make sure I had a few to be able to show you all. He took 83!!!!!!! He literally started snapping when I lifted my leg to climb on and followed me on the entire ride. If you click through the pictures fast enough, it is like watching a movies. I think there is one or two that will pass...LoL
    My sand dune excursion was wonderful! I am so glad I did it and it made being in Qatar ...
