The rain stopped as we got to the car.

Thank heavens we have a washer/dryer in our condo. Do you have any idea how noisy sneakers are when they bang around in the dryer?? It suddenly occurred to me to throw a couple of towels in with them to muffle the racket. Once they are dry, I do our laundry. ... the Rock It coaster alone while the rest of us visited the DeLorean from Back to the Future so I could get the customary photo. The train from Back to the Future III was also there so several photos were taken! If only I could have sat inside, sigh. We also watched the Universal Parade which compared to Disney was pretty poor. About six floats and all children’s characters, no transformers or marvel stuff, not even the classic Universal characters ...

... pass which allows you to bypass the lines and go straight to the front for most rides. We arrived early about 815 and thought we would just be able to pick up our fast passes and head into the park but we were lucky that our room was ready, bonus! We dropped off our stuff and headed to the park, a ten minute walk or a 5minute complimentary water taxi.

- Use the restrooms at your hotel before you leave for Universal. Remember, there are thousands of people and the rest rooms are and will always be heavily occupied. Control your system by consuming less liquids.

... to use a slingshot, I have failed majorly as a parent. Next stop was the Atlantis exhibit, I expected this to be mobbed, but, as we walked up the ramp to get to the first theatre we actually stopped to check we hadn't come in the exit, here was not another soul in sight.
