... we have been on. A MUST DO!

We then headed over to the "Spaceship Earth" attraction. We were not overly excited about this ride. Pretty average. The activities after the ride were more entertaining, the kids got to manage power for a city and got to play with a car simulator. Like Soarin I would not wait in a long queue or waste a fast pass on this ride.

... was to visit Universal studios for 2 days and this wasn't looking good. We had made the decision that it was better to be close to Universal studios to get there early rather than have the best hotel. Not the best decision we've ever made.

After this, we watched the Shrek 4-D film (not really worth the wait), then headed towards the Simpsons Ride. The wait for this still said 5-10 minutes but as we were approaching, it began to rain. Usually a bit of rain in Florida is accompanied by lightning, so the theme parks tend to temporarily close the big rides. As the Simpsons Ride is indoors, it's immune to storms, but also means it's one of the few functioning attractions at such a time. ...

... head, the guy with the red curtains (oops I mentioned that one already!) and the trapeze artists. But there was so much more to watch and just to see the incredible strength and flexibility of the performers.

There was also the fun part of the 2 clowns and the chunky maid that made the show light hearted. The lady singing and the musicians were great as well.
