... and I don't blame you, but I want you to know it was a decision I did not take lightly. But I am so happy with my choice - first up in Universal: The Wizarding World of Harry Potter! We strolled down Hogsmeade going into Zonko's joke shop, the sweet shop, and walked past the Hogwart's Express and Ollivander's wand shop. When entering the park, they scan your finger print. Whilst this is probably to identify you after Voldemort has killed you, it was also used to ...

We did more shopping and I can’t help buying! I bought a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle of Cinderella’s Castle. It’s kind of an artsy rendition. Perhaps it will be something for rainy days at the cottage.
The line-ups were pretty negligible until later in the afternoon. The only ride we decided to use a Fast Pass for was Buzz Lightyear. ...
... Wymers have arrived before Christmas to purchase the tickets before they are gone. We end up meeting them (paying them for our portion of tickets) and spending a few hours having a ball. The tickets are for all-day passes. This year, we raced on three of the four go-cart tracks. Two of the tracks are not just your normal go-cart tracks. These tracks go vertical, one for 5 stories. Trust me when I say "it's way cool." We also rode a few ...

Later I went on "safari" in a huge truck, and spotted all sorts of African animals. Unfortunately, the other ride that I tried to go ...

We walked back to have a look at The Tree of Life which was gorgeous but it was strictly for shows so we couldn’t go in and have a look unless we intend to watch the ‘It’s a Bugs Life’ show which we ...

Don't do it to yourself
I stayed here for a week. Myself and the individual I sayed with got things stolen from our room including cloths and half a bottle of liquor. Boozed up maids I guess? On top of that, when I got back home I noticed that they charged my credit card twice for the room. I had to call them and make a big deal about it. I got my money back but there was no way I could prove anyone stole my personal items. Not to mention the rooms were not worth the money. I would advise paying a few extra bucks to stay somewhere a little less shady.
Horrible Motel! Do Not Stay Here.
This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Aside from the screaming children that would bang on the windows and doors early in the morning [after I repeatedly asked the parents to have their children play elsewhere and asked the front desk to kindly call and ask them to do the same] and the couple next door that had loud sex in the next room over, the staff was rude and unaccomodating. One day after housekeeping had cleaned the room there was a towel hanging in the bathroom with bloody boogers on it. No joke. At night people would stand outside our room and drink beers, etc. Also when you get there they tack on a $2 a day fee for a room safe whether you use it or not. GRIMEY! You get what you pay for in this circumstance. You pay less, you get less. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Been to worse down the road from here
We spent two nights here, after having reservations at the Days Suites Maingate down the road. Days Suites were horrendous. So we checked out Knights Inn, our room was in need of remodel, but my parents room had just been redone. Theirs was great for the money ours was so-so. Hopefully they are remodeling all their rooms. If I was on a tight budget I definately would stay here again. I would definately ask to be placed in a remodeled room.
Staff was pleasant and had a small continental in the morning.
Great Room for the price
Great value for the money. Bathroom - recently renovated. Carpet recently changed. Comfortable bed. Frige, micro, table & 2 chairs and safe in room. Stayed for 4 days so having all of this was great. Made micro popcorn to watch late night movie - very convienient. They also offered free shuttle service to the Orlando attractions which was also great - no hastle with driving and parking. They had a heated pool and the staff was very pleasant and accomidating. The only down side was the Contenintenal breakfast was just donuts coffee and juice. I will stay there again when I go back to Disney.
I have been travelling for three weeks through Florida, Mississippi, Tennesse, Georgia etc. and this was by far the most awful motel on the whole trip. I stayed there some years ago, and everything was okay. But this time everything was completely run down. The room had a very bad smell, curtain and safe were broken. I found a - probably used - pillow cover on the floor etc. etc. And furthermore very strange people were hanging around on the premise. I did not even feel safe! I decided to leave, even if I did not get a refund for the two nights I booked and stayed next door at the Amerihost. It was much better and just slightly more expensive.
This is not a top class hotel but the price / quality is good!! The hotel is located just one or two miles from the entrance of Disneyworld! The staff is friendly, and if there is a problem they will solve it! We stayed here three times now, in 1999, 2002 and 2004! Never had problems with roaches or other creepy animals! In 2004 they were renovating the rooms also. Once again this is not a state of the art hotel but for us it is good enough!!! We will stay there again in november 2005!!
this place should be condemned !! it was so disgusting!! smelled of mold...smear marks ( of what we dont know ) all over the walls...fridge spoiled our milk....you pay extra for room to be cleaned and its not!!!!! found leaves and plastic in our beds.....bugs all over...DO NOT SHUT OUT THE LIGHTS....this place is full of roaches !! Oh...and from my kids....the pool is dirty and not heated!!! EEEEWWWW it was terrible
This was a last minute trip and Knights Inn was the only available reservation we were able to get at a reasonable price. We arrived late at night, and even tried to book another hotel at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. Unfortunately, our 3 night stay was prepaid, and non-refundable. We ended up leaving after the first night, and losing the cost of the last 2 nights. IT WAS THAT BAD!
We get what we booked

I had paid for reservations 2 months in advance and when we got there the picture they had on the website did not look anything like the motel. It was very rundown. And they did not have my reservation. I got my money back and lucky we were able to go to the Eoco lodge across the street and get a room. We went the last of April 2004
