      Don't do it to yourself

      from

I stayed here for a week. Myself and the individual I sayed with got things stolen from our room including cloths and half a bottle of liquor. Boozed up maids I guess? On top of that, when I got back home I noticed that they charged my credit card twice for the room. I had to call them and make a big deal about it. I got my money back but there was no way I could prove anyone stole my personal items. Not to mention the rooms were not worth the money. I would advise paying a few extra bucks to stay somewhere a little less shady.

Horrible Motel! Do Not Stay Here.

      from

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Aside from the screaming children that would bang on the windows and doors early in the morning [after I repeatedly asked the parents to have their children play elsewhere and asked the front desk to kindly call and ask them to do the same] and the couple next door that had loud sex in the next room over, the staff was rude and unaccomodating. One day after housekeeping had cleaned the room there was a towel hanging in the bathroom with bloody boogers on it. No joke. At night people would stand outside our room and drink beers, etc. Also when you get there they tack on a $2 a day fee for a room safe whether you use it or not. GRIMEY! You get what you pay for in this circumstance. You pay less, you get less. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Been to worse down the road from here

      from

We spent two nights here, after having reservations at the Days Suites Maingate down the road. Days Suites were horrendous. So we checked out Knights Inn, our room was in need of remodel, but my parents room had just been redone. Theirs was great for the money ours was so-so. Hopefully they are remodeling all their rooms. If I was on a tight budget I definately would stay here again. I would definately ask to be placed in a remodeled room.

Staff was pleasant and had a small continental in the morning.

      Great Room for the price

      from

Great value for the money. Bathroom - recently renovated. Carpet recently changed. Comfortable bed. Frige, micro, table & 2 chairs and safe in room. Stayed for 4 days so having all of this was great. Made micro popcorn to watch late night movie - very convienient. They also offered free shuttle service to the Orlando attractions which was also great - no hastle with driving and parking. They had a heated pool and the staff was very pleasant and accomidating. The only down side was the Contenintenal breakfast was just donuts coffee and juice. I will stay there again when I go back to Disney.

      Horrible!

      from

I have been travelling for three weeks through Florida, Mississippi, Tennesse, Georgia etc. and this was by far the most awful motel on the whole trip. I stayed there some years ago, and everything was okay. But this time everything was completely run down. The room had a very bad smell, curtain and safe were broken. I found a - probably used - pillow cover on the floor etc. etc. And furthermore very strange people were hanging around on the premise. I did not even feel safe! I decided to leave, even if I did not get a refund for the two nights I booked and stayed next door at the Amerihost. It was much better and just slightly more expensive.

      Good deal!

      from

This is not a top class hotel but the price / quality is good!! The hotel is located just one or two miles from the entrance of Disneyworld! The staff is friendly, and if there is a problem they will solve it! We stayed here three times now, in 1999, 2002 and 2004! Never had problems with roaches or other creepy animals! In 2004 they were renovating the rooms also. Once again this is not a state of the art hotel but for us it is good enough!!! We will stay there again in november 2005!!

      Dump/roach motel

      from

this place should be condemned !! it was so disgusting!! smelled of mold...smear marks ( of what we dont know ) all over the walls...fridge spoiled our milk....you pay extra for room to be cleaned and its not!!!!! found leaves and plastic in our beds.....bugs all over...DO NOT SHUT OUT THE LIGHTS....this place is full of roaches !! Oh...and from my kids....the pool is dirty and not heated!!! EEEEWWWW it was terrible

      Horrible motel

      from

This was a last minute trip and Knights Inn was the only available reservation we were able to get at a reasonable price. We arrived late at night, and even tried to book another hotel at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. Unfortunately, our 3 night stay was prepaid, and non-refundable. We ended up leaving after the first night, and losing the cost of the last 2 nights. IT WAS THAT BAD!

The hotel was run-down and dirty. Remote control was given to you at check-in and you were asked to return at check-out. The towels were as thin as paper towels, there were no cups or other amenities. To top it off, we were gone the entire next day, and when we returned for our bags at 11:00, nothing had been done to the room (beds not made, no towel changes). The room smelled of mold and mildew and we were afraid to open the old fridge for fear that something live would jump out. The one good thing was that there were no bugs observed in the room.

After much searching and waiting, we finally ended up checking in right next door at Amerihost, which was definitely a step up!

      We get what we booked

the room was clean and spacious the desk was very helpfull staff allways frendly one time they forgot new towels; short call to the desk we got enough towels for the rest of the stay.

great deal if you need a clean room and frendly service but not more to offer there

      Rundown

      from

I had paid for reservations 2 months in advance and when we got there the picture they had on the website did not look anything like the motel. It was very rundown. And they did not have my reservation. I got my money back and lucky we were able to go to the Eoco lodge across the street and get a room. We went the last of April 2004

... kept running into heavy rain storms. The weather, although still in the high 20s, was a lot cloudier then we'd been used to the first few days. It was the right day for this to happen though seeing as we'll be in the car more or less all day.

The closer we got to the Kennedy Space Centre the worse the rain got. The skies were black and the rain was falling down like a waterfall. It was raining so hard the outside temperature got to a ...

... roller coaster). We were trying to find the Woody ride again and stumbled upon the "Muppets 3D" show, so we stopped in. This was great! Samuel was reaching out for things the whole time, and again they had water and bubbles coming down from the ceiling. It was more fun to watch Samuel than the show! But still he wanted the Woody ride...and so did we. When we finally found it the wait time was up to 70 minutes, and Adalia really needed dinner, so we promised ...

... be close to a bus stop and only paid for Standard view. The view was of a parking lot but it was a 2 min walk to the bus stop. Disney did fufill my request. The room was large enough for a family 4 and was quite comfortable, including a fridge, coffee maker and ceiling fan. Pass experience was staying at Pop Century. My kids complained there was no Disney feel to the resort, however it was a good break for the adults. I can remember staying at Pop Century in 2007 and ...

3:30 A.M. - Wakey, wakey!!! JetBlue™ requires everyone to check in at the airport 90 minutes before flight departure. So here we are, up before the chickens, bright eyed & bushy tailed! Not like it was hard to wake up. I doubt if I slept a solid hour, being so anxious! We will see how this aboriginal rising develops as the day progresses and turns into an evening of carousal at Downtown Disney...

Thursday morning, we went to Islands of Adventure really early, in fact it hadn't even opened by the time we got to the gates. We went straight to the Hulk roller coaster but, unfortunately I was too short and they wouldn't let me on. Luckily i bought shoes with heels with me, so we decided to try again later when the people had changed over. We went on Spiderman which is a 3D ride in ...
