    ... I'd expected them to be. So we ended up doing Shrek then heading for home. The trek back to the car was hard for me, but after getting home and a couple of drinks at the Tiki bar all was good again. Universal Studios was great, but one day was enough to do everything.

    We woke early, nicely refreshed this morning (except that my arm is mega sore from my tattoo!) and eager to get into Universal Islands of Adventure! We stopped around the corner to get some gas and then raced to the theme park to try and beat the crowds. We were lucky in this respect, and found ourselves at the head of the queue.
