... cub enclosure but today was
feeling day so nobody was allowed in until after my shift ended since they can
become a little territorial with food but was good fun watching them and the
others getting fed especially Mara the baby giraffe who has 3 2 litre coke
bottles full of milk and it was gone in seconds.

Sat watching the baby cubs for hours while they played tug –
of – war with the left over rib bones, gross but cute.

Though I woke early I did not leave the comfort of the bed until much later. Wandering to a cafe around the corner of the hotel, I had a huge breakfast and completed a few jobs on the WiFi. waiting for flight number 48, on the 365th day of our trip.

It feels really strange to be going home....

It has been such an adventure, 21 countries, 110,000 Km 48 flights and we are coming home with 2 empty bags. We left all our worn out clothes in the camp in Kruger, so they will get new owners in Africa.

We're coming home! we're coming home! Wheelers coming home.....
