We only stayed here one night but it was a great start to our trip. We managed to get a discount offer by booking well in advance.

    Day Twelve

A travel blog entry by sarahpursell on Apr 26, 2014

Today was our last day in Disneyland as sad as that was we were certainly going to make the best of it. Firstly we headed straight for a Poohs Hunny Hunt fast pass to make sure we didn't miss out this time like we did on the first day. We then headed to Mickeys house to try and best the crowd to get our photo with him. It took a while but it's always worth it to meet Mickey. We then tried to get a reservation for the Blue Bayou restaurant to ensure we didn't miss out but they ...

... called open sesame. As we wondered around the park hunting for more characters we found two of the birds from Saudios Amigos and Max (Goofys son) dressed in Mexican gear as well as Genie from Aladdin (that's three Aladdin characters now) We then decided to go on a few more rides including Raging Spirits and Tower of Terror before wandering into some more shops and getting some more various pictures from around the park. It was then dinner time, we decided to go back to Risoni ...

... Actually he hadn't done a lot of rides we did today so it was a different experience for him rather that just repeating Space Mountain all day. It was then close to our Monsters Inc. fast pass time so on the way over we went on the Grand Circuit Raceway cars. It's just driving cars around a track but I make it fun plus it was good to chill out and check out the park around it. We then used our fast passes for Monsters Inc. it was very popular but similar to Buzz Lightyear ...

... line for 20 minutes at the entrance for Disneyland, only to find out that if we are going to Disney Sea we would have to buy our ticket there at the Disney Seas entrance. Oops We had to jump on the monorail and pay the fee to get to Disney Sea. The ticket for both of us from Shinagawa to Disney Sea was 780 yen or about $7.80. Once we got to Disney Sea and in the gate it was about 9:45 a.m. The Disney Seas ticket lines were short so I thought it might not be too bad ...

... Despite no reservation ahead we got lucky that we have the seats available at 6pm and all are full afterwards. So we started this journey of dinner so early but well worth it. We each ordered a teppanyaki set of Ebisu beef (sirloin or tenderloin) with lobster as 2nd course. Foie gras and tuna as the starter. It was absolutely perfect..having the chef cooking in front of you, served hot and stylish at your liking..we couldn't ask for more. After a wonderful dinner, we let ...
