    Yesterday we woke up early, had breakfast at the hotel, and then were dropped off at the airport by Grampa. We all said our goodbyes and then checked in. The line was a bit long at security, but we all survived. After grabbing some snacks, we boarded, took off, and were in the air. So easy, so simple. Kudos to the Denver Airport.

    ... and made quick time through the rolling hills. Hogback Mountain Gift shop gave us a place to stop for a picture and an ice cream cone. We were disappointed that the Concord, New Hampshire Walmart prohibited overnight parking but just a short ways down the road we found a roadside picnic area for a night of boondocking.

    It was a good start.

    ... exercised a bit. Meandering along the bucolic backroads of eastern Massachusetts, we drove through towns founded back in the 1600's and early 1700's along cow paths so the roads go every which way. Our stops included a UPS store to return some Amazon items, a visit to the "Rack Attack' in Framingham to purchase a new bike rack for the jeep, and a stop at a Trader Joes for re supply.
