      ... ferry terminal at Fairhaven. The historic town of Fairhaven is interesting and we hope to get to discover more tomorrow before embarking.
      Used a few taxis and they ALL speak English and have been most helpful. The locals are really friendly and helpful, this is a nice town and people seem happy.

      More once we reach Alaska-'north to Alaska as the rush is on!!

      ... but what we saw was good. Tuesday Sept. 30tth. We arrived at the Island of Rhodes early in the morning and went to the Theatre to be guided to our buses for the day's tours, which for us meant the ancient city of Lindos, perhaps an hour's drive from the port.
