The staff were very efficient and friendly. We have noticed that Thai people have a great sense of humour and can be inclined to be mischievous. They are extremely friendly and helpful.
We were picked up from our hotel right on time, exactly 7.20 am and taken by a very comfortable mini bus (spacious, airconditioned with leather seats) to the pier about an hour's drive away. We were the only passengers.
