What a day! Woke up at 6am to leave by 6.45 with the kids to school, a hour drive to Milan and there by 8! I then walked tot he centre on Milan to have a wonder and wait for Katie! I looked up the way to Milano Centrale, the main train station and decided to make the trek as I had about 3 hours to pass until Kate came, and nothing opens till about 9.30 anyway! We took the taxi at 6.30am. The flight was delayed 30 mins but it was a smooth journey and before we could believe we were in Milan.
