I asked the hotel where to go and I ended up in the Navigli District. It’s a cute strip of restaurants and bars with apperativos along a canal. I found a crowded bar with loads of apperativos on the bar. I bellied up to the bar and took in the atmosphere.

... Before we went to bed, we went to the front desk to request a taxi for 5:45 am and a wake up call at 5:00. The man noted our requests and we headed off to bed. By the time I had showered, it was nearly 1:00 when I finally laid down to sleep. I set an additional alarm on my iPod and plugged it into my computer to charge.

... checking out the area where I'd lived, partied and gone to uni sometimes, before meeting Flo for dinner. We all agreed that the next time we saw each other, there better be less time in between visits and that we'd all be rich enough to go to one of those really nice restaurants.
For now, for me, it's back to uni in Australia for my last semester so I can make that money...
