    Our first stop on the road to South America was an overnight in Dallas, Texas on Spencer's B-day. So, I scouted out a famous BBQ place that was close to the airport and our hotel - Hard Eight Texas BBQ was it! We ordered a tray of meat - seriously.     ... room which had a queen size bed. The alternative to this was an accessible room, which btw I am terrified of since PwC put me up in one on an away job I had and it turned into a nightmarish activity. We accepted the parlour room and walked for absolute miles to get to it.
