... towards Perth. The views of Perth were impressive. And then on to Dundee. I had been to Dundee for a day back in 1997 so as I passed it, it had a familiarity about it. I stopped to take some photos of the rail bridge and the Firth of Tay. Again a kind of mini nostalgia feeling came over me for a while. I not felt that I was starting to stray from where I had been before as I headed towards Arbroath.

... The result of a lot of money and 12 months of planning: finally reality connecting with planning via computer in a dark room. I woke up early (sunrise is 4.30 or so) and set out to take a photo. It was almost perfectly still, reflecting this oddly symmetrical and isolated lighthouse with an ok sunrise. We felt gross later that day... It was disgusting and we were exhausted. Sure enough our wonderful hair/make-up stylist, Kirsty, was on time and the flowers also arrived early! I have to admit the flowers were one of the only things I was worried about on our wedding day.
