... to the car at 3.00pm. We did a huge walk around the lakes and waterfalls as well as caught a boat and trolley bus part of the way.

We all took heaps of photos and enjoyed every moment of the day. The scenery was spectacular at times. From the national park we drove to our overnight stay in Rijeka. We are staying on a botel (boat hotel). It is very cute. The rooms are quite spacious and the roof top bar a nice place for a ...

After a very calm motor all the way up the west coast of Krk we headed across the shipping channels in Mosenicka Draga with the intentions of staying in Rabac. On arrival in Krk we drop anchor outside to test if safe but end up picking it up and heading onto town quay as think we may go out and have few beers whilst inspecting the old town. Another lovely old town and good ...

In one small town we asked at a guest house if they new of a camp ground, they replied no, they only have rooms. One last road on the map to try, or else we will have to camp at the motorway services. We see a sign for a picnic site, that might do, we drive ...

Several times in the night we were woken by the rain, or was it all those lovely stars dropping out of the sky? We are finding it difficult to get out of bed this morning, despite the horses in the next field who are being very vocal. Once up maintenance dept, has to change the batteries around as the fridge is struggling. It is running off an old battery and we think it may have reached the ...
