The four days spent at Karen's parents cottage in the Kawartha Lakes region of Ontario. It was beautiful! Karen's parents bought around 30 years ago for a place to stay when they were down from the Arctic for the summer. Its rustic in the sense that there is no running water, limited electricity and a compost toilet. But it is absolutely goergeous.
