    Our first stop on the road to South America was an overnight in Dallas, Texas on Spencer's B-day. So, I scouted out a famous BBQ place that was close to the airport and our hotel - Hard Eight Texas BBQ was it! We ordered a tray of meat - seriously.     We're really excited today. We've planned this trip since last December. We wanted to do something very special for our 25th anniversary and Aileen found this trip on Groupon. It looks good, we've researched it thoroughly so now I guess we'll found out if we made a good decision.
