... in the Finnair lounge which is quite good but always very busy. A very nice range of food, mainly salads but good variety.

After a smooth flight we arrived at Heathrow about 30 minutes late. I was expecting to be late home but I easily caught a Heathrow Express and just caught the 1940 from St Pancras getting me home when I expected and, in fact less than 2 hours from the wheels of the plane touching down on the runway.

... The first was the Lenin-Museo (Lenin Museum). Located in a former worker's hall, this is where Lenin and Stalin first met in 1905, fell in love, and lived happily ever after...if only. The museum is probably very interesting. However, I couldn't tell you since everything was in Finnish. Taking that into account, what could have been hours spent absorbing a ton of information devolved into looking at a few bronze statues, oil paintings, ...

So here we are, arrived off the plane in Tampere to be met by our bus and the boys from Baton Rogue Morgue and spirited off to the venue - Henry's Pub - in Tampere, and with all our luggage successfully retreived from baggage claim!

Once again we slept in!

It was almost midday.. but I guess we needed the sleep. Asta had been awake for hours but now she needed to leave for uni. She was kind enough to allow us to stay at her apartment to wake up.. check emails.. Skype.. etc. It was greatly appreciated.

We made arrangements via online chat to meet up at a cafe in town called Kulttuurikahvila Hertta later that day. We had no problem using the bus service ...
