    Talloires to Lyon to Domme! An early morning taxi ride into Annecy to catch our train to Lyon. It was a two hour scenic trip, some of it trailing a large lake.     Navigation went rather smoothly today - big relief!

    First sighting of mountains with snow still on top - no wonder its been cold when the wind is up! Excessively picturesque drive through lots of small villages so roads narrow, winding and make the trip slow so we are starting to think about using the motorways more.
