North Platte, 34 Degrees, very sweaty.

Aimed for an area out of North Platte, found an outflow dominant storm just north of Stapleton/Lexington?, NE

Poo spreading, lovely smell. Drove through twice just to make sure...

Today is the first day on the trip and it's going well so far! This morning I had to be up by 3 A.M. however I was so excite I woke up at 2:30. I flew from Omaha to Atlanta and Atlanta to NYC all before 11:30 A.M. Central time. Because I pretty much walked onto my Atlanta flight my luggage didn't make the plane but it caught up to me as I had a 5 hour layover. I'm currently on the 6 and a half hour flight to Amsterdam ...

Yesterday, the 25th of May, Lauren Steirmen and I arrived at the airport around 5pm to find out that our flight had been cancelled due to terrible storms down in Dallas. Luckily Lauren and I were still in Omaha so we did not have to stay the night in an airport. Major thanks to my dad and Shelley for immediately searching for flights and a new flight route for the next day. Our original plan was to fly down to Dallas for a little less than 2 hours. ...

... their craft and keeping the skills alive. We were following their westward trail, so it was pretty cool to feel some kindred with the pilgrims, although it could be said our pace and comfort levels were worlds apart!

We all are a little crook unfortunately at this stage, just run down from all the travel, looking forward to relaxing somewhere primo.

... so it was feeding time and everyone heading inside for the night. The gorillas didn’t like us looking at them so one ran across the glass and pounded his fist again the glass at us! Then we watched the lions come inside, the momma was pregnant. As we got to the tiger area we caught the momma tiger playing with its two cubs! They were running around chasing each other, so so cute!
