Early wake up (5am), picked up was given a take away breakfast for my trip (glory hotel) then off to the airport. Quick flight. Went to nha hang yens restaurant, had caramelised prawns with rice....sensational. Meal, beer and water all for 140k. Walked back slowly, ...

We arrived in a cheap and nasty guesthouse on highway 1 to find no running water in one room and several bugs inhabiting the bed. We then waited at the bus office for our sleeper bus whilst Eloise repeatedly tended to ...

Snorkeling spot #2. was even better than the first. There were giant schools of fish and visibility of the ocean floor could be seen 40 feet down. We all jumped off the boat from the top, explored the garden of exotic coral, and even saw some interesting architecture all around the rocky islands--not sure how they got wooden houses all the say up there on the cliffs...!

Our plan had been to get up early but, this being a Monday after a late night, we thought better of it and had a lay-in before going for a fried breakfast!
After wandering through the town for a while we were starting to feel the effects of the midday sun, and retreated to our air-conditioned room to continue writing up the blog and sorting ...
