Could do with free wi-fi and better fan for summer!
Very convenient on tramline route but noisy and in heat had to open window facing right onto busy street with trams throughout night.
Compact room but all that is needed, except proper ventilation / fan.

We at a very small little authentic Swiss bakery named “Brot Von Ihrem Beck” and we all decided to each try a new pastry. We all decided to try a different type of bread. Since bread is a huge part of the Swiss culture we decided to ...

It was a fair walk to the gate 10 area. Will be no action there for the better part of 2H so over to gate 11 for more charging and culling. Boarding was after 0130 on an Airbus 330-300. The Swiss magazine was a bit uppity in tone ie adverts for high end hotels in the country.

Got a spicy chicken something or other. Opted for a gin and tonic to ease things. Let's call the first attempt to sleep the end of the day.

... proves how hard we worked during the hike! For dinner we had traditional Raclette which is both a type of cheese and a Swiss dish based on heating the cheese and scraping off (racler) the melted part and then eating with vegetables (we had pumpkin, gherkin & potatoes). The next morning Beat took me to the city of Solothurn where we wandered around the beautiful historic monuments, the patrician buildings and through the markets in the pleasant Old Town before enjoying a cool drink ...

Stefan had tickets for the event and suggested we go early to the event before all the people get off from work. Bus and trolley and short walk and we were there. It was on Lake Zurich and it was a lovely walk along the lake to get to the boats.

We went back to our hotel to inquire about where we could get this as we did not want to leave Switzerland without having Chocolate Fondue. The 'Ship' restaurant ...
