Could do with free wi-fi and better fan for summer!
Very convenient on tramline route but noisy and in heat had to open window facing right onto busy street with trams throughout night.
Compact room but all that is needed, except proper ventilation / fan.

After lusting over items we actually cannot afford we climbed stairs which opened to a park with a panoramic view of the city and Lake Zurich as well as the clock tower. The clock tower has the largest face in Europe (bigger than Big Ben) measuring 8 meters and 64 centimetres in diameter. After snapping some photos we headed towards another large Cathedral ...

... to get real close but not quite there and we drive in circles for a bit before our guide rings the farm and gets us there. Quite hilarious really. The good news this day is that the sickbay was down to 2 people, the bad news was that one of them was our bus driver. The John Deere factory visit was great but incredibly hot and we all lost heaps of sweat. We walked over 4 kms during the tour but in some ways it didn't seem like that. At the end of the tour, ...

... for tradition Swiss fare. Walking again to our destination, too early for dinner so we bought a beer and sat down by the lake to watch the swans. After dinner we decided to wander around the old town some more and we strolled into the red light district there so many ladies on the corners waiting for business. As we wandered we noticed that we were also in the gay area, strange that the two areas were so close.

Feeling tired we decided to head back to west Zurich, ...
