Día hermoso en Barcelona. Nos levantamos y nos fuimos a caminar por la calle más céntrica, el Passeig de Gracia (una onda libertador pero con edificios de Gaudí). Caminando nos encontramos con la Casa Batiló: una hermosura, es tan identificable la arquitectura de Gaudí que no hay que mirar el mapa para encontrarla… las ventanas son de otro mundo, y los techos parecen la crema de una torta en distintas capas. Nice is nice
... absolutely no idea why, it just did. Anyway, I took a lot of pictures from the window of a bus going 65 mph through rain, mountains and bugs. So who knows if anything turned out, but it was a beautiful ride and I wouldn’t mind doing it again.
We got to our hotel about 5 p.m. and after checking in Russ and I took off for a much needed walk along the Palisades (the walk along the Mediterranean). It was so nice to see the Med again. ...
