Schulenburg is an amazing small town with one of the best dance halls in Texas. If you ever can go, make it out to Sengelmann Hall, the food is great, drinks are cold, and owners are wonderful. Whether it's your sweetheart, good friend, or family member, it's a great place to go ...

Bluff Creek Ranch was having some known septic tank issues, so just in case I had brought my newest camping purchase with me, a Nemo Helio pressure shower:

It's basically like a solar shower, except it sits on the ground (no need to hang ...

... We setup camp Saturday morning, then left to go to a renesaince festival. My husband and I were married at a Ren Fest, so we always enjoy visiting festivals and feeling nostalgic about the wedding. We made sure we had water in our hands at all times and tried to stay hydrated. We went to bed early Saturday night with the aid of a little Nyquill to get a good nights rest before the race on Sunday. Based on our non-race camper shakedown, I added a memory foam topper to the twin bed ...
