      ... whatsoever which on the back of a week in Goa made me extremely moody! The last straw which made me explode was the two lying devious rickshaw guys coming up to my boat as I got off pretending they were sent by my hotel, I didn't hold back on the f-words once I phoned my hotel to check and found out they were trying a scam.

      And breathe Nawaz....as always happens the rage at India's ugly side was short-lived...I was also somehow taking in how stunningly beautiful Hampi ...

      I arrived in Benaulim, Goa on the 19th November. I had survived some hard traveling through Rajistan and had also been quite ill. Back then I was not so keen to visit Goa but decided that 3 or 4 days on the beach would do me some good and re charge my batteries. Ha Ha bloody ha... I have been here for THREE MONTHS.       ... 8:30pm, tried to get hold of the guys but no reception. The cabs arrived and we were on our way to Curlies bar. We drove into what can only be described as a mud pit a.k.a the taxi rank and the driver pointed us in the right direction.       ... out from under its hooves/udder!). It buried its face in the remainder of one half, devouring it messily before stopping to stare at us, obviously looking for more. Bernie managed to lure it away from our towels with the other half of the melon which it slurped away before enjoying its desert of some pineapple peal from the fruit lady. Hilarious.       ... staff told me that they didn't serve fresh seafood during the rainy season. I did have a fish curry though with dried fish and frozen prawns. The good thing about Goa is that cheap cold beer is readily available, even during long power blackouts.
