... doing homework and going to bed. Now what am I to do??
Not only am I going to miss Santander, I am going to miss the people. We got to know Dutch, Spanish, and British people really well, and it finally hit me that it is going to be hard to see them go!
Looking ahead to this weekend, I really need some rest! There will be a LOT of touring for the next few days, and before I know it, we will all be heading home!
... teared up again during this! Everyone in the whole room who was from WV (quite a bit of us) were all singing along and having a great time. What a great experience! We then all got our diplomas and took a group picture. I just can't believe it's all over! It's been such a wonderful experience.
Well, tomorrow we are heading out to go to Salamanca! It will be a busy weekend, but Ashley and I will keep you posted!
... of this trip is to leave Santander on Saturday morning to stay in Salamanca for the day/night. The next day (Sunday), we will be going to Segovia for a bit, and then driving to Madrid to stay there Sunday and Monday night until we leave on Tuesday morning. Tomorrow, there is a ceremony for those of us who will be receiving accreditation from the university. Knowing how much Santander loves to have a reason to celebrate, I hope there will be music and bittersweet tears. I will be sure to keep you posted on how that goes!
... well, and then I was waiting in line for my interview. I was so scared that I was going to make a terrible mistake! Fortunately, right before I went in, I told myself that I could do it, I took a deep breath, and then walked in pride. I was so happy when she told me I speak very well!
