... which were ridiculously cheap but the highlight was a cafe where we went for tea and cake. I have no idea what the building was but it was ridiculously fancy inside. Even better, when we went to find the loo we wound up in an incredibly fancy dining hall like nowhere I've seen before... a little glimpse into how the mega rich live.
Overall we had a great time and all too soon we we had to board the train for the next leg of our adventure.

I picked up drinks at the local unfriendly shop but didn't eat and so was starving and fading by the time I got to the IAAF lounge. Score there, though, as they had pasta. ... on a wander round a few underground stations then onto the Kremlin & Red Square. The Moscow Metro stations are works of art in themselves, it would cheer you up every morning if you had to use it to get to work...
