If you are booking a room in Savannah, be sure to book with Olde Harbour Inn. The staff we incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was a complete surprise! We thought we were getting a standard small room with a queen bed and bathroom. Instead we walked into a hallway which took us to a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and furnished living room over looking the river. The building is beautiful and conveniently located on River St!
We will be staying here again!

I had a tub of rainbow & chocolate chip ice cream. Then we all went to club one which was a gay & transgender bar. Drinks we're so cheap & they had karaoke on which was hilarious. A few of contiki got up and sang which was so funny to watch. A princess punch & a couple of ...

    18,000 steps in Savannah's historic district-Day 2

A travel blog entry by meganm83 on Apr 27, 2015

We started our day a little late and got to the historic district around 11 AM. We went to five different parking garages before we finally found one that was open. The first place we went was a coffee shop called Gallery Espresso. Tracy got a bagel with cream cheese and a French vanilla cappuccino. I got a bagel with nutella and a mocha. It was a really cool little coffee shop that was filled with old couches and chairs. A lot of the local college ...

After dinner we decided to ride around a little bit (Layne made a rule that we couldn't return to the hotel before 9:00 pm) and see the sights ...

With an early departure planned for Saturday we were in bed early, but the kids were so excited we had trouble getting them to sleep. Morning was here before we knew it. I honestly thought we would all leave at the same time, but due to some last minute packing we left about a half hour before my parents. We did manage to hook up with Alison's family outside of Savannah where they let the kids ride with ...
