Arrived in Denver. Nice flight, plenty of leg room. I had booked a car through hot wire. Got to the rental car office - EZ rental. Found out the car could not be taken out of state. We woke up to a lovely coating of snow but the sky was clear which looked promising. We left Boulder at 9 and the car temperature gauge in the car was saying 33F which is 1C.
