This was the day when I was supposed to go up to cape reigna, but because there would have only been two of us, we got transferred to tomorrow. Oh well.
Instead, with the glorious sunshine we were experiencing, we decided to go on the cape brett trip with dolphin watching, and we weren't disappointed.

Out on the Bay
... making books, nothing to do with gambling!). A nice woman gave us a tour and showed us how they tanned leather, printed and sewed together books in the 1800s. They printed 8000 Maori prayer books in this painstaking fashion. I guess it took them 8 years. All very interesting. Thanks for telling us about this Diane and Barrie.
