Today's reruns of choice were episodes of NCIS, conveniently screened on the same channel as the Law & Order marathon from yesterday. Now we may have still had leftovers, and we may have still been chilling around the hotel until mid afternoon.
We did decide however, that since we had so much time to spare and had explored most of the town already (think of Rutland as like a Bunbury with mountains), that we should start packing ...
... anymore. Maine is getting really close! I'll be in New Hampshire tomorrow. I'm going through some mountains, and my legs aren't keeping up as well as I'd like. I upped my protein and started massaging and stretching more today. Hopefully it helps, because I have some steep stuff coming up. I couldn't go as far as I wanted today because the campgrounds are limited in this ...
... bulk grapes, and nacho chips and dip for dinner (as an FYI, Aldi is predominately a buy-in-bulk store with pathetic range, so I couldn't even buy just a bottle of water - no wonder we don't have them back home!).
Now I'm not sure what Vermont consider a marathon, but Law & Order was still playing on the TV when we got home. So we watched some more while we set up our table with all of our goodies, before having an early night.

... and junior mints (the most apologetic of the boxed candies for all you Big Bang Theory watchers) make for a lovely spread of the food pyramid. And it even gave us leftovers for lunch tomorrow, so you really can't complain.
To top off our day of chillaxing, we spent the rest of the night watching re-runs of Full House and Friends before dozing in and out of the land of nod. Peace out from Vermont ...
