As the 13+ hour flight from Detroit closed in on Japan, I watched our progress on the flight tracking program on the screen in front of me. Today we went off to Nagoya Castle. So far it has been my favorite and not just because the SAKURA ARE RUFFIANLY IN FULL BLOOM but it had a awesome layout and design. We also went to the palace but it had been rebuilt and was all new so it wasn't as good. The we went to a shrine that was deep in a park that was more like a forest. There I saw Miko-sans! Later we found another discount figure store where I went a bit nuts =P

After about an hour of shopping and looking around. We decided to leave Sunshine Sakae. It was time to head to Oasis 21. This was another shopping center, only this was a huge mall that has a structure that reminded me of something space age. I loved that the architecture is what kept me so interested in this mall. The shops weren't great but the structure of the design was enough to keep us exploring for a good two hours.

After unpacking and sorting out the hotel room. It was time to explore beautiful and bustling Nagoya. The first place we decided to check out was Nagoya City Science Museum and surrounding park. After a train trip out to Sakae to visit the Science Museum. We finally arrived and after a short walk, we found the huge structure of the Nagoya City Science Museum.
