    ... yank it out. Bummer. It was flush against the sill plate board so we just assumed it was vertical. Big mistake. So we need to get get more concrete in order to set that pole. However, it was all level!!! When we got back around to where we started, there was no difference in the board placement. We were really kinda surprised and were expecting to have to jockey around to adjust for the difference. ...

    What did we ever do without Google maps? It is so easy to find the trail access but we were expecting trailheads with parking areas and in this rural area there are only a couple of gravel pullouts. Once we figure that out we park the van and get ready to ride.

    On the road again, that has such a nice ring to it, we are off to try out our new bicycles, if you recall we had our bikes stolen last year on the way to Yosemite but are now re-outfitted and anxious to try them out on a long ride.
