We certainly appreciated the only 1 hr travel time this change over which equates to about 8 stink bombs from Jesse's ever more toxic derrière. There must be some really interesting gear in the lasagne's over here. Next changeover is a 5+ hour drive to Barcelona, that doesn't even bear thinking about.
After a 6am start to go to Golf, then a swim, lunch then on the bikes to Biarritz via the cycle lanes. Being August and Holidays the roads were crazy, it so brilliant to be on the path. We had a jam packed day today. It started with a beautiful drive from their village to the edge of Spain. I need a map to remember the names of the towns, but it was the southwest tip of France,s coast and the border of Spain. We had lunch by crossing a ferry to Spain. We at Tapas, which are small plates of food. It was very good food, but it doesn't compare with the homemade French cooking.
