Took us a while to find a park last night as we were aiming to stay in Le Rozier which is close to the start of Gorges de Tarn as that was the drive we wanted to do today.
Unfortunately roadworks stood in our way and we took the next best option of the drive through Gorges du la Jonte.
Stunning is the best way to descirbe this drive. I got the ...
... as well about my situation in specific is that I really don't have a care in the world. Time is meaningless, as every minute, every second, is just ephemeral. What matters is what those seconds and minutes amount to. A whole experience. Worrying about tomorrow is useless. When traveling, I had no idea where I would be in 3 days. 2 days was the maximum I would allow myself to look into the future. As a result, time ...
Lodeve, Languedoc-Roussillon, France jdcabanelSo I'm going to nix Portugal from my plans. I started getting a bad feeling when I called them the other day in order to confirm my arrival and they had no idea who I was. Maybe I spoke too fast, but they seemed really confused by my arrival. I sent an email to the guy and he seemed really mad that my dates kept changing and he told me it wasn't worth their time if I came less ...

So here I am, I finally arrived in France. After a difficult goodbye at the airport, I was on my way to the great unknown. But before I started that, I had to go to the bathroom…and brush my teeth; one
thing at a time here. My flights all went really well and I never had to wait more than one hour during my connecting flights. I had a wonderful delicious airplane meal ...

We then travelled back to a small town called Lunas where we had dinner in the fab chateau Lunas overlooking the river through the middle of town
This was a great way to end our stay in Herepian
... why not" and headed up the hil like mountain goats with Graeme and Sam leading the way. We made it to the top and were rewarded with great views and a sense of achievement (I guess)
After we got back down it was off to the lovely town of Salasc for a couple of well earned beers before heading back to the house for a late night session of chewing the fat and reminiscing
Yep it was later start however Ethan was very pleased to have Graeme up and endulging in an early morning swim. Jen and Graeme went for a walk while we went and collected up the pastries for a late breakfast
After a lazy morning and lunch we headed up the Gorges D'Heric for a swim in the rock pools. It was fantastic and the coolest we had been in days.
Another barbeque and a considerably quieter evening all round!!!
... stadium for concerts during the summer.
Next we drove up the road to the Pont d Gard which is a huge roman aquaduct built nearly 2000 years ago to carry water from Uzes to the town of Nimes.
Graeme and Rita arrived at about 5:30 and we had a barbque and a few local wines. A lovely evening all in all
... outside a coffee shop and were served by a very sexy lady dressed in a tight white dress. Anne was cheery but not comfortable. Her knee had blown up but it was the hand that still hurt. [ I forget which days but I watched England play Trinidad and Tobago who put up a tremendous fight against the lack lustre Poms. Previously I had seen Brazil beat Croatia in the last minute. In the 'Mimosa' I saw Germany beat Poland in the last minute as well. There are three matches this ...
Lamalou-les-Bains, France briancBon Jour de Montpellier, No need to grab a comforter and brew a cup of coffee for an all night read, this is just a short update to let you know how things stand presently.
