    ... is fab and air conditioned. Chilled for a bit then all showered then found a basic but great tapas bar - friendly service and fab food and cheap to boot.     ... undie designs out of the 4 you can get. I got the polka dot jersey and plain yellow boxers with the Tour de France sign on them.

    We went to the beach - it doesn't have sand it has stones. We had lunch on the beachfront at a restaurant. When we got into the water we saw a whole lot of fish. I nearly touched some but they are too fast. There are big and small fish everywhere. A storm was coming so the water was quite dark and scary. It was warm though.

    It was the hottest of days - 38 degrees! We were wilting by the time we got to Latour bas Elne. As last year, it's a good place. 3 km from the beach, less than 5 mins drive to the shops and all the facilities you need. The setup takes about an hour and a half - always in the hottest time of day. And we had too large a 'tapis' and had to fold it up for the sake of the grass. So it was off to the beach at St Cyprien to cool down. The forecast was for cooler weather, but Tuesday ...
