De volgende dagen zijn een aaneenschakeling van bezoeken aan de lokale sportschool (Golds Gym), de cinema (Regal) en het strand. We're having a blast!
De spanningen van de afgelopen dagen glijden langzaam van ons af en we komen er niet echt uit of onze trip door de 'Southern States' nu als een 'win' of als een 'loss' moeten worden gezien. We bezoeken de Publix en de Walmart supermarkten, shoppen tot we erbij neervallen en bezoeken alles wat er ...
Right back where we started
... passen lopen van de zee. Ik weet al in mijn achterhoofd dat we deze plek niet voor het einde van de vakantie zullen verlaten, maar Muups houdt nog een slagje om de arm.
Later op de dag verkennen we Ormond en Daytona, wat aan de andere kant van het kruispunt ligt. Het is opvallend dat Ormond heel relaxed is, echt een 'Big Lebowski'-uitstraling en Daytona een verzameling 'white trash' met bierbuiken, te korte broekjes en/of te schreeuwerige shirts.

March 20th – Starting our day at 8:45AM with our new engine-starting routine, we were once again on our way north. Friday we set the alarm to make sure we were up nice and early. We wanted to try and beat some of the crowds. We headed down to the waterfront about 9am, which according to locals should be lots of time for a 2:20pm launch.
