We went for the prix fixe lunch. The show was worth it. The waiters act in tandem making sure everyone is served at exactly the same time ...

Keep in mind, there are many FANTASTIC sights in and around Kathmandu. I definitely recommend spending a couple days both before (sightseeing and relax) and after (relax) your trek. Plan this time into your itinerary.
