... vacations over the past few years, I wish I would have written down the things we did, the prices we paid, the places we stayed, the restaurants we ate in, and especially the good times we had.

... for poor visibility we were ducking in and out of the channel to avoid Navy traffic.
During the trip down anything that wasn't fastened down below ended up on the floor in the salon. Left Annapolis at 2 Monday and arrived at Top Rack Marina at about 2 this afternoon. Rewarded ourselves with a great dinner out at the Amber Lantern Restaurant. Early to bed. Up at 5:30 tomorrow to get underway at first light.
"Can I order the ribs, and can I have chips on the side? And because I'm British, when I say chips I mean fries." Today was a wonderful relaxing day on the beach which capped off the seaside part of the holiday. We were up in good time and went for a walk around the shops that backed on to the beach. It's amazing to see the variety of beachwear and accessories that they sell. Fitting in with the other shoppers we filled up our cart ...
