... all the lights below us, it almost felt like we were walking over fairyland.

There was a cliff walk as well, which was a walk on a suspended walkway attached a meter or so away from the Cliffside. ... headed out after fuelling up on some two minute noodles! The weather had actually perked up at this stage and the sun was out.

Our target for today was Canada Place, down at the waterfront, and Gastown. When we got to the waterfront we had a stroll around the foreshore and saw a cool statue of a killer whale then we walked down Canada Place, checking out the cruise ships and the beautiful views across the city and the mountains on the north side of the water. There was ...

... their wood stove built into a trailer which is kept in the parking lot because it's to big for their kitchen is ok with me. An excellent lunch of a fried chicken salad (not suited for vegetarians) for myself, and a beef brisket sandwich for Carla followed. I wish I could say that we washed this down with some healthy spring water but we indulged in some of the local fine ale to wash it all down. A habit that would follow us for the next few days. Suitably refreshed we ...
