... on the 15th and headed north to Kelowna, the Lake Region and Vernon to look at more RV sites. Of all the sites we saw we liked Swan Lake the best and so will likely make reservations there for Sept/Oct. We stayed in Vernon overnight at the Village Green hotel. ... Andrew was tellin me about how he got to move into the room he is in just now because the boy who lived in it before hung himself in the back garden. Very very strange. I also got informed that the local racoons come into the house at night and steal the cat food. Andrews room is the only normal one in the house, the rest are empty. The living room consists of one seat, a table for the laptop to sit on, a wodden box and a shelf with VHS videos in it....and alot of dust. The room i am to ...

Went on a great tour taking in a lot of the city's historical areas then off around Stanley Park and on to Capilano Suspension bridge. This was great, they have now built a cliff walk that juts out over the canyon in a large curve, along with a tree top walkway taking us up 70ft into the canopy of the canyons forest. ...
... be underneath the boat. It was huge, and it seemed so close, especially when it reemerged on the other side of our boat. Wow. The pictures we managed to take don't do them justice at all.
The boat stayed around these whales for about an hour until we decided to call it a day and head back in to Steveston harbour. We enjoyed a nice relaxing sleep on the way back as it had been quite an exhausting day.
