It was great to get back to our hotel room in Hanoi. We immediately took showers and changed our underwear! Then out for dinner, lounging, etc. Apparently Sept. 2 is the country's independence day, so things are really hopping on the streets of Hanoi this evening. As much as we have enjoyed the things we have seen and done here, we are both really looking forward to the next part of the journey--Hue.
