      ... winter
trip, and we had a great time, although I think we were a bit unlucky to catch a spell of not such good weather. We have learnt a lot, like the areas which we like best and which places are likely to get consistently dry warm weather. ... Great Britain is much better for lifestyles. In her native Portugal there are people living off of 300 Euros a month. Very poor area. In Great Britain they have a much better life style. There cell phones are about 14 pounds a month for data, text and phone, flats are about 400 pounds and their minimum wage is about 6 pounds an hour. Quick calculations tell us that about 1000 pounds a month (before taxes) should be okay. Many don't have cars because they have a great transit system, so ...

Yesterday, as promised, was our first day of rain. Luckily, we had planned our day to be mainly indoors to avoid getting wet as much as possible. We first went to the National History Museum. At the museum there was a great dinosaur exhibit, a mammal exhibit, and a natural disaster exhibit we found quite interesting. After we had done our walking around and had some lunch at a near by cafe, we ventured off to the National Science Museum, getting ...
