Up early today, (well - early for us) and on the road out of Sydney. We thought we would like to have a look around the Hawkesbury River area just north of Sydney so headed up the Pacific Highway rather than the Motorway.
Through areas like North Turramurra, the lovely homes with beautiful gardens were a treat. Azaleas grow like trees up here and the clivias are like weeds, all fully in flower. Quite spectacular. ...

We even managed to squeeze in a Korean meal- well I had the Korean (Bibimbap) and John had Japanese tempura prawn with udon noodles. I was impressed that the two of us managed to wield our chopsticks like natives, and didn’t get anything down the front of our shirts J
Still not sure about the kimchi (at least I think it was Kimchi loads of dark green bits floating in clear broth) ...
How has this hotel rated in the past?
The park was very expensive place to stay at $62 dollars a night for a powered caravan site. It has a great position with direct access onto the beach and a great family park with heaps for the kids to keep them occupied.
