Hiroi (vast) park, balloon, and kayak!
... They gonna remember this, not the feast.
The next morning before breakfast, we took a short ride on a balloon. It's just 3 mins, to experience it. It's foggy so we couldn't see anything, but at least it's not windy; otherwise we wouldn't be able to even ride it. After balloon took the kayak in a nearby lagoon. It's very plain and peaceful and to handle the kayak is quite easy.
Then off we went to the main attraction of the trip, Furano flower plantation!

Farewell Party #5...Office Staff
... a really good job. I then handed out some treats I had bought earlier that day and I was presented with a present. They all wrote me letters and they compiled it in a book with pictures of my lessons and of Lake Onneto. I love it! It'll be my homework to try and figure out what exactly they said because it's all in Japanese.

Today was a pretty standard day...taught 1 class, prepped some lessons, and edited some documents. But as the work day was coming to a close, anything but standard happened. Sightseeing and 1st Ever Taiko Performance

We then hopped back on the bus and drove to the Ashoro Museum of Paleontology. The curator of the museum was kind enough to give us a tour in English. Everyone then did the fossil dig and just like that we knocked off one of the things to do in Ashoro.

This was one of the karaoke places where if you sang and scored 80% or better you were given a prize. Instant noodles. After two hours of singing, we ended up with 9 instant noodles packs.
