12/5. Up bright and early ,car packed, excited about going to Jerez for "Feria de Caballo". Sat in courtyard waiting for little non - English speaking man who we hadn't been able to contact for 3 days, to come to book us out and return our 200euro deposit. Waited and waited and waited ,tried to ring again and again, no answer. After about 2hours and 20 unanswered, attempted calls , rang Swiss Head Office again and were told to just leave key and go, they would ...
... and a river. We
found a map and walking guide book for the area in the local stationary / paper
shop and after buying bread and stuff to make a sandwich carried on uphill
again to Guisando. The campsite there looks OK but the pitches are very small
with no power. It looks like we will be stopping in Clampitville.
It was all downhill on the way back so we arrived back at
the campsite in no time at all.
... fan, but I actually enjoyed Fernando´s beer!
After the open house, we drove about 2 miles to Fernando´s dad´s finca - or country home with a vineyard, chickens, etc. Molly loved it there. She said that is the kind of house that she would like someday - minus the African animal taxidermed mounts throughout the house...

As the 5 day trip to Gredos came to an end it was by no means a quiet end as the children made sure that they said goodbye to their experience in style.
After the culmination of the activity circuit, it was time for the final dinner of the week in the "dining room with the amazing views" as the teachers liked to call it on a daily basis!

Mountain Biking is one of those and yesterday afternoon 2 groups were the first to go and the the third completed the programme today. A very scenic route was passed on 2 wheels for those in small groups of 8 plus 2 instructors.
